• Free live training sessions delivered via Zoom
• Free strategy calls with Rocky McKay
• The R.A.N.C.H. Method Course — a paid online course and community hosted on Skool

3. Educational Purpose

All content provided by The R.A.N.C.H. Method, LLC — including courses, training sessions, emails, workbooks, and guides — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Results discussed or implied are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making any investment decisions.

4. Course Access and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase of The R.A.N.C.H. Method Course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own educational use. You may not:

• Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any course materials
• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Use course content to create competing products or services
• Record or redistribute live training sessions

All content, materials, and intellectual property remain the sole property of The R.A.N.C.H. Method, LLC.

5. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing our course or membership, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. Current pricing is:

• Founding Member Price: $797 (one-time payment, limited availability)
• Regular Price: $997 (one-time payment)

Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are in US dollars.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on The R.A.N.C.H. Method Course. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details and eligibility requirements.

7. User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Members are expected to engage respectfully, support one another, and contribute positively. Violation of community standards may result in removal from the community without refund.
