1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase The R.A.N.C.H. Method Course and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No lengthy explanation required — we want you to be confident in your decision to join.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

• Include your full name and the email address used for purchase

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
• Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund
• Upon processing your refund, your access to the course and Skool community will be revoked

4. Free Resources

Free downloadable resources including the R.A.N.C.H. Method Workbook, The Cowboy's Guide to Financial Freedom, and the Cowboy Code Manifesto are provided at no cost and are not subject to this refund policy.

5. Free Training Sessions and Strategy Calls

Free training sessions and strategy calls are offered at no charge and are not subject to this refund policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please do so at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time using the reschedule or cancel link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of access to all products and services.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your purchase after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
